Whether you're a first-time tester or seeking re-certification, our welder qualification test plates offer an ideal solution for both practice and actual testing scenarios. Each plate is meticulously crafted and aligned with CWB Specifications, complete with heat numbers for traceability (Material test reports can be provided upon inquiry). Constructed from A36 (44W) Mild steel, the package encompasses an 8" backer plate with 1" run-off tabs. Delivered unassembled, it grants you the flexibility to adjust the gap according to the specific requirements of your test.

Each order contains one 6X3" plate with 90 degree edges, one 6x3.5" plate with a 30 degree bevel and one 8x2" backer plate.
