Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Return Authorization: A return goods authorization (RGA) must be requested for approval prior to return. Great Western Saw may deny a return at its sole discretion.
  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging.
  • Receipt: Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not offer refunds on shipping costs except in certain circumstances. Please contact us for more details
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom Length Bandsaw Blades and Manufactured Tooling: Non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Final Sale, Clearance, and Hygiene Products: These items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. All sales for these items are final, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Limited-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders: These are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging, returned within 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If the product is damaged upon delivery, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement.
  • If the product is damaged after delivery, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return and replacement.
How to Return
  1. Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.
  2. Contact us to initiate the return.
  3. Include the receipt.
  4. If the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly, we will provide a return label. For other returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
