Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD. For orders under $150 CAD, shipping costs are calculated by the courier at checkout.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, we do offer shipping to the United States! While we’re based in Canada, we’re happy to fulfill orders to our customers south of the border. Please note that any shipments to the US may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, so we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service to get more information on what potential costs may apply to your order.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping for orders under $150 CAD is calculated by the courier based on the weight and destination of the package. For more details please see our shipping policy.
What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS. However, we also use Canada Post for some items, depending on the nature of the product.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days across most of Canada. For provinces east of Quebec (Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island), shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
What is your processing time for orders?
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible! Our standard processing time is typically 1-2 business days. Please note that our order cutoff is 12:00 PM (noon Saskatchewan time) each day. Orders placed after noon will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order as long as it has not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we advise that you do not accept the delivery if possible. Contact us immediately to cancel the order, and once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the package (if possible) so it can be returned to us. Please contact us immediately to report the issue, and once we confirm the return, we will send you a replacement. If you have already accepted the package and notice the damage later, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and no later than 3 days from receipt. We will then initiate a return and send you a replacement.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and send you a replacement unit as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and more.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by using the tracking number sent to you via email, or by visiting the Orders section located in the footer of any page on our website.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. You can find them on our website. Please note that digital gift cards can only be redeemed online.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Policy page for detailed instructions. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Do you products carry any warraties?

Yes, we offer discounts and promotions frequently! You can find details through our Email Newsletter, social media (Facebook, Instagram), or directly on the front page of our website. We also have a Sales and Clearance section on our site.
Do you have physical store locations?
Yes, we have two physical locations in Saskatoon and Regina:
Regina Location: 1238 Lorne St, Regina, SK S4R 2J8
Saskatoon Location: 2815B Cleveland Ave, Saskatoon, SK S7K 8G1
Both locations are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You can also choose to pick up your online order at the store that’s most convenient for you.
