180 DEGREE SQUARE TUBE DIES FOR 105 BRUTE TUBE AND PIPE BENDER
These dies fit the 105 Brute Tube and Pipe Bender for bending square tubing with a maximum degree of bend of 180 degrees after springback.Our "What am I bending?" page is a useful tool if you're not sure what the difference between tube and pipe is.
Pay close attention to the following terms (for more information on these terms, see our "Tube and Pipe Bending Basics" page):
OD: Refers to the actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR: stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the apex of the bend to the middle of the tubing.
Minimum Wall: This column represents the minimum recommended wall thicknesses for bending mild steel.

Maximum Wall: The maximum wall thickness that the die is rated for.
**Please note: Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square tubing with a wall thickness between 0.065" and 0.125"
