SQUARE TUBE DIES FOR PORTABENDER TUBE AND PIPE BENDER
These dies fit the Portabender Tube and Pipe Bender for bending square tubing with a maximum degree of bend of 90 degrees after springback. Our " What am I bending? " page is a useful tool if you're not sure what the difference between tube and pipe is.
Pay close attention to the following terms (for more information on these terms, see our " Tube and Pipe Bending Basics " page):
OD:
Refers to the actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper.
CLR:
stands for Center Line Radius, meaning the bend radius as measured from the apex of the bend to the middle of the tubing.
Minimum Wall:
This column represents the minimum recommended wall thicknesses for bending mild steel. For any other types of material, call our tech department at

Maximum Wall:
The maximum wall thickness that the machine is rated for.
**Please note: Our benders are rated for bending mild steel square tubing with a wall thickness between 0.065" and 0.125". .
