I’ve ordered a few things from Great Western Saw and can only say highly recommended. They ship very fast, cover the packaging in Black Plastic if the item is in packaging that show what the item is. Quick to respond to questions. As for the Caster’s, what can I say, they’re Jessem. You get what you pay for, Quality!!

The saw is exactly what I hoped for and arrived with package intact. Minimal setup was required and it worked perfectly! I noticed the base was cracked and bent slightly after I used it for a few cuts, can only assume it was from the factory because the packing was pristine. Rikon offered a new one but to save double shipping cost they also offered me a generous discount, which I was happy to accept since it didn’t affect the operation. The whole process was very reasonable and both GWS and Rikon acted with an integrity that I really appreciated.
